Corbylands Road Post Office

I've send very imported documents from that post office. From tracking info looks like parcel never left the branch. Now they are lost.

Always long queues and lacking in customer service. Appreciate that there are not many local post offices around but thankfully a new one opening in Sidcup soon.

Had the misfortune to need to use again this week. Definitely wins the award for the worst, most unhelpful staff member - unable to correctly price a parcel 😖. Shame as there is one very helpful lady there who has to pick up the pieces.

Yes, they are understaffed, and do seem to have a lot of technical problems, but are a really friendly and helpful local post office, with a genuine community feel, which is something I definitely appreciate having, even if it isn't a big slick operation.

The staff are always really helpful and happy to go the extra mile for their customers.

Great opening time for early morning customer that need to do some banking since I got bills to pay. And 1st class customer service very friendly and helpful. This will be my regular service since Welling my home area open at 9:30. I don't have the time wait for them open. I do have go to work later. Lol

Used it once, will never use this post office again. Lost a parcel and didn’t give enough information about it. Seems like it never left the branch or got lost on the way. really disappointed!!!

To the 2.7 stars I would disagree and give this 5 stars I’ve been going to this post office for about 6 months now and I have to say the staff are very respectful and polite and have never had a problem with this post office.

There is always something wrong.. System down , printer problem....awww have enough!
