Church Road Post Office

I have been using this post office on a regular basis last 8 years and i found the staff very fast and efficient. Very friendly too. I would highly recommend it! They kept open true the whole pandemic, thank you

NEVER OPEN ON TIME
Lady always on the phone and gives you dirty looks and man very rude, just points to the bag don't say a word, never a smile on the faces very sour not very welcoming! Seen sloths move faster.

They need to go on a customer service course

Do not ever go to this post office!!!! Extremely rude staff! That I could kind of cope with...but the man will overcharge you pretending not to understand your request and your accent! Avoid at all costs or you will basically lose your hard earned money...

This post office needs an experienced person. The lady in the counter doesn't know how to prioritise customers. There was a queue of line because she was serving a customer who was filling form and had to repeat it again. Then her bank card got declined and had to do bank transfer in her personal account to pay in PO. Instead of telling the customer when you are ready i can then serve, she tells the customer to do the bank transfer now otherwise the whole transaction will be lost. People on the queue were all annoyed (obviously) cause we were all waiting for 15 mins to finish her form and then do her personal bank transfer to pay PO. Some left the queue after 20 mins cause they had to pick up their kids from school and some had work but this is absolute waste of time. The post office lady didn't even apologise to anyone and that was the worst part. Honestly this is not the only time.

What a rude guy! all the staff are so rude. Very unpleasant. Refused to take my postage- covid test kit, only because it was on the posting bag it is the test. Securely sealed. I used to post many other envelopes, which could be the same risk exposed, they don't even use facemasks! how can I be sure they don't carry Delta variant?! They should never do the service for people if they don't like people and do the post office job!

The lady at the Royal Mail is very rude and condescending. Shouting at someone to put their parcel next to the bag without giving them any direction on what bag she is referring to oh yes, without the magic word "please" classifies as good Customer service? An absolute disgrace to the Royal Mail brand!
