Barnet Road Post Office

Hard working people, lovely and friendly. I’ve witnessed myself some arrogant customers who stand in line moaning that the que is too long or it’s too busy. Then take it out on the staff at the post office. They work longer hours than most people do in a day. They open at 6am and close at 8pm. That’s 14 hours a day one man is running the show. People get normally two days of in a week. The owner gets 0 days off. Show creditability where it’s due.

Very helpful assistant. I was unable to print a returns label at home and the gentleman sorted it out for me at the counter.
Have used this branch for over a year now and always good service and helpful.

I find it upsetting that people have written bad reviews about them. They are truly hard working people. They crack a joke which might not seem funny to all but they mean well. I have lived in potters bar for 20 years and visited the post office as long as i can remember. Low reviewers should visit them again. We all need to support our local post office. We all have our off days. I would truly recommend them.

Always a friendly smile and a joke everyone I visit. I travel all the way to this post office because my local has very poor service. Great service and great jokes every time 🙂

Stole £10 from a single mum that was meant for gas and refused to review CCTV footage the day after to prove what was being said. Not to mention being rude, shouting in an aggressive manner and then shouting at my son. When they closed they should have realised they were £10 over in the till. Will be reporting to trading standards. They’ve clearly had this before as when I said I was going to contact the police, he said “go on then”. Won’t ever be purchasing from there again

The two gentleman working here are friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me as I prepared my parcels and answered any questions that I had. They double checked the addresses on my parcels to make sure everything was written correctly and filled in completely. I will certainly be going back to this post office.

Very rude and talking as if we are children. New to the area and did not want to talk, not helpful at all.
