Page Green Post Office

Never thought I'd write a review for a post office but here goes. For the past 10 years probably I've been coming to this branch.

This branch is under new management now

All I can say is absolutely amazing staff and customer service. Always a friendly face regardless of the difficult customers and they'd leave you with a laugh. Actually have a post office closer to my new place but still come to this particular branch. Thank you to the entire team and Arbaaz

All staff are very polite and really helpful. I have been at the Post office a few times when disgruntled shoppers have kicked off at the staff in the post office. The guy Mr arbaaz, behind the counter was within his rights to not serve this person but he still did and kept his composure professional.

Branch manager and team are very helpful
I left my passport there and i messaged them via google maps and they replied very quickly out of hours to let me know they had found it and kept it safely.

This is a very efficient post office, my interaction have always been very good. Even when I was posting a return incorrectly and I thought I was right and I wasn't. They were helpful and respectful. thank you for your service. Specially mr Arbaaz is very kind and helpful. The customer service is exceptional. They go out of their way to help you.

Great experience with the post office the staff are very helpful, welcoming friendly always happy to help. Arbaaz it’s great with the customers I can see faster than Usain Bolt. I will recommend this post office to all my friends and family and very helpful with my parcels and letters going abroad and uk Thank you for a great service. First time and last time, I watched the man behind the counter shout and the customer, the tone and aggressive attitude was beyond anything needed in the situation. The customer was correct and had the man behind the counter listened in the first place, then he would have saved himself the embarrassment of losing two future customers.

I've never had an issue with the service in this post office. The queue times vary almost every time I've been in, I guess that depends on what services the people in the queue require.

The worst part about this post office is that it is rather unfortunately situated right next door to a William Hill. When the queue is out of the door (which happens on occasion) some customers from the William Hill come out and attempt to intimidate people in the queue (particularly women on their own) for money. When you refuse to give them money they will scream and shout in the street and attempt to intimidate you further. This post office either needs a better queuing system inside or needs to address this issue as this isn't the first time I've witnessed this behaviour.

These guys are tiefs, the clerk upsold me on a delivery service although I asked for the cheaper method. He even lied and said it wasn't possible to send it 2nd class as the item is small. Bloody joke in this place. Will have to make a report to trading standards as I shouldnt have to be taken advantage of and lied to in my local office
