Good nicely situated Post office

Can get very busy, and not being the happiest of people, it can make you depressed at the best of times, not the best use of floor space, so your very close to the person next to you.
Edit on 7/2/19 Have come across 2 workers that do great you with a smile and it's a pleasure to talk to them.

A most unfriendly post office except for 1 or 2 male members of staff Who are nice, friendly and they greet you with a smile.
There is one lady working here called Larissa and she is super rude, very abrupt in her approach and I’ve witnessed her shouting at customers on a few occasions. She is downright lazy and uninterested in helping customers. She kisses her teeth when you ask her a question. Totally disrespectful towards customers and I’ve seen her plenty times mocking customers whose first language is not English. This Larissa laughs at customers questions and turns to her colleagues on the left and right of her trying to get them involved too. Basically she is trying to attract attention and to show to customers that she is not going to move from the chair to get them that form or whatever their request may be.
She should not be working in a capacity whereby it’s imperative to have good people skills And be understanding, patient and friendly.
How can the post office employ such a person that clearly portrays a very bad image on their behalf.

I had good experience and the best customer service from ms yasmine , was quiq and so friendly.

Yasmin was beyond pleasant and helpful. Very patient and informative with great customer service.

All staff here are very friendly and professional, high standard service. Thank you.

I go to Edmonton Green (Post Office) every Saturday, all the staff are very gracious, and extremely helpful, especially a lady called Sharon, she ls such a beautiful Woman, l really look forward to our short conversations together, she truly makes my day. l highly recommend this Post Office branch very much.

The staff here are friendly.
I don't know why people are writing the negative comments. I have been using the Post Office for over 18 years. Lovely people ❤
