Upper Richmond Road 355 Post Office

For the first time I had to use the services provided at this branch (Upper Richmond road, East Sheen) and I am really disappointed. I've just went there (it was not busy at all, I was the only customer!) and I've greeted the lady and asked her how she was doing, almost no answer and generally she was very rude. Please advice that lady Virdu (I'm not sure if I've spelled it right) to change her behaviour as there was no need to act like that and try to talk down to people. Good manners cost nothing after all :)

This post office is run by the kindest guys, and their customer service is really exceptional. They are smiley, ask how you are and get to know all the locals as well as being extremely efficient. Managing the high demand fast and smoothly. Much much much better than the other post office down the road 197 upper Richmond road who are unbelievably rude. Definitely support 355 upper Richmond road post office as they are without fail the best service always.

One of the best post offices I have been to in London. Staff are friendly and helpful whilst always looking to put the customer first.

Not sure why so many poor reviews. I use this Post Office regularly and they're always polite and friendly. Way better than the awful place near Putney rail station (which is closer to me, but I prefer to go further to this one because it's a much nicer experience). Plus, there's always plenty of free parking.
