Do not use this post shop, they overcharge for courier service, statr its overnight and 3 days later still no parcel received, staff unhelpful. Avoid at all costs, post office down the road!

Update, Elizabeth the manager at shop refuses to help, I have paid for an overnight service and 3 days later still no parcel, she told me to complain about refund of postage to apc, apc say it's down to her, no one wants to admit they are in the wrong, no one wants to refund postage despite then breaking their contract with me that I entered In with them upon paying for this service.

Sent a parcel 1st class on a Saturday. Parcel was still in the shop on Monday. I also found out a previous parcel I sent on a Wednesday was sent on a Saturday. All they do is take it to a Post Office, so you might as well take it yourself, as these guys just are just another middle man and will add a delay to your package being shipped. I cant believe the 1st class package was sent after 3 days!

The woman who manages the place is also a liar. She lied that they sent the package off when it was sitting on the counter behind her.

Elizabeth Ibidapo is the woman who runs this place and she reviewed her own business as 5 stars - this shows you the type of character you are dealing with.

Sent a 2nd class parcel from here but it's not been delivered.
Unlike the Royal Mail where you get an actual certificate of postage, all you get from this place is an over photocopied piece of paper with a tick in a box and the name and postcode of the recipient.
When I tried to raise this with the person in the shop she told me to claim from the Royal Mail.
When I asked for the postage proof number she told me "we don't do that" sic.
This means that I am now looking at having to accept a loss of over £50 because I will not be able to prove to either the Royal Mail or the recipient that I've sent the parcel.

They are very unreliable in their posting system. I will never go back their. I asked them why parcel is not been delivered on time then they say due to covid. However royal mail is working fine even on Saturday so why they can't do their job properly. It just so disappointed. Will never go back again

Great! I’m so happy with all deliveries! I always ship to China and get it before due date. Sometimes normal have some delays regards Covid problems transportation. I really recommend.
