Woodward Road Post Office

Very rude and a severe lack of customer services skills!!! Advertises to open 7am - 9pm, I went in at 7:15am to find the counters in darkness. I asked the lady on the till what time it opened and she very politely directed me in the direction of another member of staff. I asked again what time the counters opened as I need to send some parcels. His reply was a very short "not now" he then turned and walked away from me!!!

Many times, they made a very large deal over a few grams extra on my package, and i had to go back and forth between the office and my home a lot just to figure out how to take away 3 grams. I've never had this problem in other post offices, and last time they refused to take my package because it weighed 2 grams more, I walked to central Dagenham post office and asked them about this issue specifically, to which they responded that few grams are never a problem. Also, almost mockingly they weighed my letters with greeting cards, which were clearly 20 grams, just to belittle me, 60 years old woman. I felt very unwelcome and disrespected, and will not willingly go here again. I strongly recommend avoiding this post office and opting to go to somewhere else.

Being disabled and using wheelchair the staff help me so much nothing is too much trouble, be it the shop floor staff also the post office staff to.
The prices are not hiked up either because of the world we are living in at present*****

Very unprofessional, unreliable and dysfunctional. New staff never knows what they are doing, always make up different prices for the same sending method. Your parcel might not always be accepted although sometimes it is. Just disappointing. Not coming here anymore to send anything.

Staff are rude. Not only the gave me the wrong information but made fun of me and my disability.

Came at 16:55 to see blinded windows when the closing time says 17:00. Time waste.

They are not working till 5 on saturdays wasted my 2 hour time to come and see office closed. IDIOTS
