Rude and unhelpful staff. Do not waste your time if you have no choice but to use this branch. Not deserving a star either but unfortunately you are not able to give 0 stars. Rubbish.

I use the Rush Green Post office on an almost daily basis and can't believe the previous reviews I've been reading. I've never experienced any rudeness from the counter staff and have always found them to be very friendly and helpful.

Unbelievably rude lady!!! I can’t believe these lot get away with it, how on earth did they even get a job! Only because I have to go here, or else would never step in here! Indian last with glasses! Rude as hell! I won’t even employ her as a cleaner or a gardener with that attitude!!!!! No manners!

So rude complained that I had printed the labels as she would earn nothing by it and still had to do my prof of postage. She said she would only do it as she never had a que. I will drive round to crow lane sorting office from now on now she really will never earn any money from me.
