Torridon Road Post Office

I use this post office fairly regularly and have always found them to be efficient and helpful. Some other reviews state the staff are rude but I have only ever found the opposite, including in the shop. Yes they aren’t chatty but to be honest I’m not there for that, I’m there to be served quickly!

Old men are extremely rude, like what everyone else is saying. I thought I was the only person to experience their poor manners and bad service. They have been like this for over 10 years now. They’re disgusting and I try to use the shop as little as possible. They need new staff, they’re rude. Even the one of young guy is tempered. But the old men need TO GO!

Not the most helpful of staff. The old men act like they are doing a big favour by serving us. And they have written in big bold letters saying "Please be polite to the staff, We do not accept any kind of abuse". What a joke!

This two old man are the rudest person i ever seen in my life. They do not have any idea what is call Customer Service in THE UK. Old men act like they are doing a big favour by serving us.

Having read the reviews, I was dreading my visit especially as a person who recently moved to the UK and knows nothing about post. The guy who helped me was super kind, he assisted me in a kind and non-condescending way and I really appreciate that. Thank you.

The older chap behind the counter at the post office is rude, abrupt and very impatient. The older shop and post office owners have no customer service abilities whatsoever. Appalling service and very unfriendly.
