Perrymount Road Post Office

Great location, great opening times, great to have a Post Office open all day on Sunday - especially if Ebay has been busy on Saturday night!

Very rude Customer Service, I thought I’m the only one who experienced this i read the reviews and some what people like me had a bad experience with that old lady at the cashier. So bad attitude. This is the second time I had experienced this, last time I went back 3 times just to get my parcel, she told me that it is not there even I had the message and email and call from the courier that it was there already. And guess what, she keeps telling me that my tracking number is not in her list, I told her to check by name but she keeps telling me that it is against their policy but last time she did that to me also she check by name that is why I refuse and tell her to check it, Then guess what, I saw my name and the tracking number is right and it is really there in her list. So I got my parcel, and she didn’t even apologize.

I don’t really know why she was doing that and also she shouted me, she’s so bad. I really need that parcel so badly so it’s good that even she’s shouting at me I refuse to go. This is one of the worst experienced i had since I lived here in haywards heath.

I hope I will never go back there again. So I’ve never experienced such attitude of a customer service like that. I feel bad to the owner of the store. They should know about it.😤😩

Place is terrible. Nice range of stock but the post office is pointless.
Had to wait 15 minuites for the lad to arrive back from his walk whilst the PO was technically open. The first person was refused a parcel send. Then I was refused postal orders claimed its because the manager took all the cash?? Doesn't make sense when he had the postal orders in his hand and just needed to print on them!
Terrible service will be avoiding completely now. Much better post office in town and better shops.

I think they overcharge - for everything! I can't prove it but I think I was overcharged for a book of 2nd class stamps and for a standard class registered package.
I'll go elsewhere in future.

I had a bad experience with the staff who was there in the counter for service.
She was very much rude to me without any reason .
I came there for posting a letter .
At the very moment itself she was acting to harsh to me.I don't know why.
Not interested in explaining about any of the things.
I feel so bad.
Not nice at all.

The staff have no idea about the services on offer, they refused to send a letter to the USA and asked me to return the next day when the manager was on shift. They are always closed, despite the advertised long opening hours, they always find a reason to close... maybe they drink a lot of coffee?? Would not recommend -- go to South Road instead or use DPD home collection!!

I have always found the staff here very friendly and helpful, and always happy to assist with any postage query. My one (and only) criticism is that there is only one post office counter and it’s very busy however the team are super efficient so you’re never waiting too long - and they always greet you with a smile 😊

The owner of this shop has no customer care what so ever. I ordered a food Parcel and paid for it as well. To find out that at Collection time there was no parcel for me and that I must return tomorrow which I did only to be told that they haven’t Sorted it out and it’s Not their problem. No refund No food No apology just a shocking Experience.
