Does get very busy especially if shavington or Nantwich post office is closed

Staff deal with your requests as soon as possible.

Friendly staff, can get busy.

Village post office located within a mini Mart staff are knowledgeable and helpful and it's often more convenient and quicker to call here as there is parking in the front and it's not quite so busy as the main post offices in the town's.
Most services are offered here including currency exchange.

Sadly I have to give you a 1 star all because the staff members at the spa counter let you down.

Every time I bring a parcel out of post office hours, they can't be bothered to take it behind the spa counter. Why on earth do you have a sign to say when the post office is closed you are happy to assist? Same old excuses, member of staff on their break or we can't do that now. Sort your staff attitude out, they are extremely rude, juvenile and have no manners whatsoever.

I'll take my shopping and parcels elsewhere. Will never enter this store again. If you're going to employ young staff, make sure you train them customer service, decent manners and right attitude.

We prepay for our postage labels to save time in the post office for both customers in the queue, as we sometimes have 20 to 30 items each time we go, and the staff so that our packages are easier to process. This is one of two post offices in Crewe where they need to weigh every single package and pass through the package size guide. We waste our time as it seems to take longer to process than if we went with packages without prepaid labels. So if you use prepaid labels USE ANOTHER POST OFFICE! Very poor customer service. There may be some good staff there but I am still waiting to find one. Better to go outside post office hours where the SPAR staff are more customer friendly and helpful. One man was turned away because he had just missed the value of postage label and sent home to provide a new label. What is wrong with providing the additional charge on another label or sticking some stamps on? They do this at other post offices.
