Woking Post Office

The main Woking Post office has transferred here from the old site. It is now slick with more than 8 counter staff who I find helpful and polite. Although there are long queues, the waiting is not long. It looks worse than it is. A good post office.

Deserves zero stars. Terrible post office, I’ve been using this Post Office since it relocated to WH Smith there is always a slow and bad service. Fed up of constantly having to use the self service machines which are dirty and in a bad condition. Post Office head office seriously need to step in and sort this post office out! It needs a refresh as it looks in a very bad condition and staff need training to be professional.

By far one the Worst Post office in UK, the staff tell me that if I bring my own paid post office label it’s a free service. I paid £8 for that label how is that free? I am saving him time printing the label and the staff at the till tells me a free service and getting upset. Absolute disgrace. This post office should be Closed.

Customers here are treated with contempt if they wish to use post office services. Very unhelpful, would recommend going elsewhere if possible

Horrible Horrible an elderly man, sits behind till no 6, very very rude, he literally dump a postcard on me whilst I was only asking for a collection. He started yelling at me in front of everyone also talking to another girl ( she had short curly hair) in their own language which I also understand and said discusting things, like, get rid of her, it didn't happen once .. who do we complain, is there anyone to listen?

Wow. So I am not the only one that thinks the service is dreadful, unknowedgeable staff, rude staff, poor management. . . .WHS should be embarrassed to have such a crew in their store.

The manager of this Post office has zero customer service skills and clearly doesn't care about customers. As a manager/owner you must set a high standard so the staff follow. Unfortunately at this post office quite the opposite occurs and the manager is rude and helpful to many customers, so much so the staff also act in a similar fashion. I've been going to this post office for atleast 3 years and dread every visit. If you can use the self service machine, you need not speak to the staff and can go about your day. If for some reason you need to then good luck! Ive witnessed the manager being rude to others and have always thought "I'd hate to be served by him". Well yesterday was my lucky day as i was served by him and he told me he WONT accept prepaid parcels as he doesn't get any money from this so why should he! I reminded him as a post office, it's literally the nature of your business to accept parcels but he seemed quite angry I had purchased online. The other staff members have accepted in the past but he reminded me that he's the manager and it's down to him. He told me to go to a royal mail sorting office! Avoid if you can or if you absolutely must, use the self service machine!

25 minutes to buy Christmas Stamps, absolutely ridiculous. Then told there are no Special Christmas stamps for Europe, of course there are. Bought ordinary ones, went online and there are Cristmas stamps with a value of £1.70! Is it any wonder that people shop on line, stamps available from Royal Mail. This post office needs urgent improvement.
