NEEDS A ZERO STAR OPTION. Got a click and collect item delivered here, it apparently arrived yesterday. The man said they’ve closed until the 16th of January and must have sent it back if it came. It’s the 22nd of December, how on earth can you be closed!? Now I’m down money cause my parcel has gone missing and I’ve had to order a replacement parcel ASAP.
