Staveley Delivery Office - Royal Mail Group Ltd

Tried to contact to check if a parcel has been returned to them but the ridiculous automated answer service won't let you talk to anyone within the service. Royal Mail has gone to pot, disgraceful

Absolutely ridiculous! How can they expect anyone to get their parcels when it closes at noon!!! It’s open for 5 hours at most 🤬

Excellent, staff always helpful and friendly. Easy access and loads of parking right outside. Opening hours clear and precise. Handy for before work and after first school run. Obviously not open all day, after post is sorted, staff out delivering. This is a sorting, collection and drop of, not a general post office, of which there are a good selection in and around Staveley area.

Only has time spaces allocated for those that don't work. Unable to collect parcels for Christmas due to only being open 7am-12am. Really frustrating.

Its a disgrace how do you expect ppl to pick parcels up when they work from 6am till 2.30pm also never leave a card when parcel left with neighbour and other sorting officers etc ilkeston is open from 6am to 8pm why is this

Really problematic times to pick up parcels. Sign on the door in June 2020 that opening times are 07:00 - 09:00 Mon, Tue, Thu - Sat (i.e. closed Wed). Unbelievable that there's no evening collection times on any days.

Sent a high value, fully tracked and recorded delivery from Northampton to South Yorkshire. It arrived at this delivery office and was signed for by the staff. My item is still at the office but cannot be accessed by me or the seller. Royal mail will not let me contact the delivery office directly nor will they provide compensation for the item until a serious of deadlines has passed. Suffice to say I am now out of pocket for a significant sum of money and will not be able to receive a refund for another 45 days...

In the meantime I cannot order a replacement item without significant financial outlay.

The system does not provide any form of accountability for the p*ss poor service provided therefore they get away with it on the basis that its "policy"

Imagine having such an unforfilling and meaningless existence... still, I suppose it could be worse, they could live in chesterfield....

Waiting and waiting for a parcel to be redelivered. I could have made the item by now. Absolute pathetic service. I would give - 5*
