Unfortunately some of the reception staff are liars! Doctor good if you can actually talk or even get a response/ appointment. Probably sounds racist but Asian women on desk doesn't understand plane English! Nor speak it without a very thick accent, which is difficult to understand! As a native

Claire on reception came through for me today(a Friday Afternoon!!!), by referring to the doctor, and helping arrange much needed pain relief.
Thank you Claire!

Really fantastic Drs working here. I've seen Dr Borrill and Dr Eveson and am so grateful for the help they've given me. For the first time in years I've felt heard and my medical issues have been fully investigated, even being referred on to specialists that have helped further. The people working reception have always been really kind and although the queue to get through in the morning can be quite long (as it is all over the country at the moment), they are willing to do their best to get you an appointment and have always been really polite and considerate. My partner and I only moved to Loughborough this year and weren't sure which Drs surgery to go for, but I'm so glad we opted for this one. Cannot recommend enough.

Seeing negative reviews on here i was apprehensive registering, however upon looking at other surgery's I decided to come here. I have struggled to get an appointment in the last week or so but have found reception staff to be helpful and polite. The issue isn't the surgery itself, it is the amount of people compared to the amount of appointments. I have been spoken to by a Doctor and had my concerns discussed. Prescription lady was ever so polite and helpful in explaining how prescriptions can be requested which was very efficient. A lady in reception was also quick in arranging blood tests I needed. Overall, a happy experience and one il continue being thankful for as numerous surgeries in the area seem alot worse! Let's all be thankful for the hard work NHS staff are actually doing, we don't walk in their shoes 🙂

Lovely staff. Easy access to the pharmacy too. Yes its difficult to call at 8am every day however with more appointments being available to pre book and more being available on the day, appointments are available. Just a shame all the negative reviews because they deserve more with the abuse and behaviour they get on a daily basis.

A receptionist (not a doctor) STOPPED my medication without even checking if it was necessary, some medications need other medications to stop adverse reactions, this is why DOCTORS do this stuff.

I don't mind paying for medication but the advice to STOP a medication to just save money is dangerous if you don't know what your doing.

If I had stopped the medication (as advised with a text message) within 10 days magnesium, calcium and potassium would start to get low, within a month levels would get serious, as it did before in 2019.

You do not mess around with h2 blockers and PPI's, they have to be countered, this stuff is like walking on a tightrope, I can not afford to make any more mistakes.

Don't bother with the hollow C&P apology either.

Good doctors but abysmal service - three days of ringing the prescription phone line and not answered. Appointments phone line also terrible!

Looking at previous reviews, the management can't even be bothered to take remedial action as a result of one star reviews.

I have been trying to get an appointment since Feb/March time and still I am finding it difficult to get through. I have been on hold for absolutely ages to be then told there are no appointments left and to call back early in morning. I have been calling 8am onwards and its 9.17am and still I cannot get through and it's either always a queue in the line or the line is busy.
