Amazing staff, going extra mile to help patients. I was making appointment to see our fantastic doctor Ho.
Lovely receptionist Julia helped me to make it quickly. She was very pleasant polite and helpful. Yes, I had to wait on the phone to get through, but then I was dealt promptly with professional help. I have no words to thank all staff for all the help and care

My mother visited the surgery today. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. The receptionist, Julia, not only booked the appointment for my mum. She also demonstrated her outstanding duty of care by asking if she wanted some pain killers for her pain. Despite the complaints from the general public everyone at Riverside is friendly, attentive and professional. The entire team only continues to improve over time.

Thank you ever so much everything and please keep up with your excellent work.

Very low quality of services. Very serious incompetence, lack of medical knowledge of some doctors. Instead of actual help, painkillers are still prescribed - a damaged meniscus and cyst will not disappear after using painkillers. I do not recommend. I am sending a complaint to the NHS.

I have not been seen for my 3 month check ups for nearly a year, expect to be on the phone for 30 mins before anyone answers, long queues to speak to a clueless reception, and if a service is running then expect a month wait for access... I recently moved to the area and feel totally let down! I have gone in for 4-5 things over the past 12 months and not one has been solved. Either refered to private, told they dont know a solution, or offered a long long wait (so have to go private anyway). I've been registered with 3 NHS GPs since Covid and the other 2 did not have these issues. Such a shame for the local communtiy to be let down like this. In a cost of living crisis, not everyone has the ability to pay for a service that should be free at the point of use. Get better please!!!!

My dad had an appointment with Dr Gurung this morning and I could not praise him enough. Dad is 85 and has a lot of problem. The Doctor was very understand and patient. He listened to dad and myself. 5 star to Dr Gurung!!

First time at this surgery for a long time ... friendly receptionist and first time seeing Dr. Gurung. Lovely doctor, very approachable with a sense of humour. Thanks for making, what could have been an embarrassing subject very easy to discuss.

Good doctors let down by terrible management. Understaffed ( you are 26th in queue) which when waiting on the phone went down to 6th then i got cut off and back to 17th in queue. Worst service i have used. My old doctors called me up for 6 monthly routine thyroid tests, sent me texts reminders for appointments and allowed me 2 months routine prescriptions. This 'service' when you can actually speak to someone, is nothing like so helpful and doesn't know about continuity of care. Use another practice!
