Aylestone Health Centre

They are amazing, you don't realise how much you will miss them until you are not with them, since the begging of my registration the receptionist was helping me to select a pharmacy and when they run out of stock from my repeated prescription they called me to inform me to which one there were going to change me. Thank you, I have been in four different GPs in different counties and you are one of the good ones

The receptionist ladies are amazing, super helpful and smily. Doctor was very kind, professional, done a proper examination and listened to my concern.
Definitely the best GP surgery I had been so far.

For the first time been in here since I registered last year.

Come to give blood test for my annual record. I also decided to change address since I moved away under 4 miles. Come to see GP won't be any problems. 2 of my children recently moved back into country. So, I decided to register them here too.

Had a call from someone, saying "my children won't be able to register here because they are leaving too far etc. I don't get it! I just changed my address as I was there.

Besides my moan. I read some of reviews about the receptionist. I had same experience.

After post review, a call received from the practice with an apology and my 2 girls are excepted here now.

This health centre is second to none. All the staff are friendly, helpful and switched on. The surgery's system works flawlessly and it's very easy to get an appointment. Lastly, this surgery stayed open all through out the pandemic seeing patients, myself included. Respect to all the staff for this. Thank you, Ramsay

I realised that I immediately post negative reviews but if things go right I don't leave a good review. Maybe many people can recognize themselves in this. Therefore, I would like to say thank you to all at Aylestone Health Center, starting with the lovely ladies in reception, the nurses and the GP for always trying to help out. Although sometimes mistakes happen, they get corrected and in the end we must all understand that we are only human. Thank you very much for everything!

Excellent Medical Centre. I can normally get an appointment within a week of my call. Compared to other health centres around Leicester, this is exceptional.

The reception staff are very helpful. Pro tip, speak to them kindly and a be patient, they are often inundated with work so a little kindness can go a long way!

So glad to be with Dr Minhas, my medical care is a partnership with the doctor who listens, advises and we agree an amicable solution. Also the proactive care is absolutely first rate and I couldn’t recommend this practice enough. Well done to the team at Aylestone Health Centre.
