This surgery and Long Strattons have the best doctors, nurses and receptionists I've met. I've been to multiple places and have never met such kind, attentive people. They take your concerns seriously, always give good advice and the staff are just such respectful, caring people.

The only issue, through no fault of their own, is they seem so overworked and understaffed. It can be hard to get an appointment, but I respect the staff for always trying their best. Receptionist has worked hard to get me the earliest possible appointments when I've spoken to her, she's lovely. But they do struggle with appointment spaces
