Absolutely awful doctors their communication is minimal to none existent. An ongoing repeat prescription rejected without any explanation as to reason for rejection even though spoken to a doctor two weeks ago about continuation. I have no faith that this surgery is capable of taking care of my family and will be changing surgery this week.
Avoid if at all possible is my advice to anyone reading this.
The NHS are amazing, these guys not so much.

The reception staff seem on the ball.. but there are great problems here. I try to call back to talk to a GP on 16 May... On hold for 25 minutes... then for a further 39 minutes !... I complain ... today ( 25 July , try again ... on hold for 43 minutes before phone answered ... then , offered the GP to call me back... but not until after his annual leave ... he back on 16 August !... Ridiculous !.. I moved to this practice because previous GP practice was poor .... these are even worse !!! the NHS is clearly broken... and to make excuses of "we have been extremely busy.." every time you eventually get through on the phone... well , the Practice Manager needs to sort this out ...Mr Ian Brooks .... but , I can't talk to him... I have to put it in writing !!! Ridiculous well its 15th August ... and again , I call to get repeat prescription.. 4th in queue ... WAITING FOR 28 MINUTES !!!!!!! BOUNCED BACK TO RECEPTION... WHO APPOLOGISE ... BUT PUT ME BACK INTO UEUE ... and I am Caller No 4 Again !!!!! THEN I GET CUT OFF .....DIABOLICAL !!!! I am going to have to move from this practice ... it is not good enough

I can never fault this practice..
I have been seen on every occasion when I have called, when I have been very unwell. The referrels have been quick via the doctors and I would recommend them everytime.

Not so long ago, before the new building opened, this medical practice had Doctors that instilled a wonderful warm, friendly, patient-centric approach to discharging the practice's duties. An appointment with a named doctor could be made easily, without fuss and for a future date. Today the current Doctors are content to alienate patients by making the appointment-booking process tortuous, unwieldy, time-consuming and frequently inconclusive. An expensive and fabulous building housing a downgraded and worsening service.

As a previous member of the PPG at Bewdley Medical Centre, I have encountered many problems with their system. Although, the clinicians at this establishment are very good. You will find it is damn near impossible to book an appointment now. Take a look at the NHS app, you will find a section to book a GP appointment this is not possible on that system. Call the surgery and you'll wait forever and not get the appointment you need. And the online booking system goes straight through to the same receptionist that will come back to you in a 2-day time frame. Beware!

It was difficult to find and carparking was horrendous. Not been there before it was at night to get a GP appointment for my partner.
Lighting inadequate to read the space and far from helpful parking termds and conditions. The car parking signs do not state the times you have to pay.
As previously stated in was night dark and inadequately lit.
I googled the carpark to find the times. If you have no cash you have to pay by phone. In the end I dropped my partner off and returned to pick her up

Cannot fault the GP and warm, caring, understanding and treatment that she received. 100%+ for continued support we get from NHS.

After 25mins waiting they told I can't book appointment for my daughter because her age,I was told she has very strong pain in her ears and can't hear well, she was arrogant when I ask just please try to find some appointment, she just ignore it.

Absolutely shocking surgery and should be closed down. You can never see a doctor, do they even exist at this surgery?
