Rang several times, finally speaking to the receptionist who then put the phone down on me, I hadn’t even spoken.
After waiting another 30 mins she picked up and said she doesn’t have to listen to me speaking like this and put the phone down. I had just mentioned that I have work and can not stay on the phone for an hour to book an appointment. That was it, then she put the phone down.

Now imagine how you would feel, this is not a one off.!! This place makes you feel angry thinking about it. Need to employ professional staff and more Doctors.

Your better off using Google when your ill.
I’d rather pay private than visit this 0 star Doctors surgery.

Overall - Pathetic

Awful surgery, to be avoided at all costs. Dr. Simon has been suspended and now there are only locums that come and go, trying to get an appointment is impossible. There are two receptionists, one is helpful and polite, the other is rude and abrupt. I actually got a telephone appointment several weeks ago, after having two chest infections since having covid at Christmas and getting short of breath, the doctor told me to ring back and make an appointment with the asthma nurse, I did this and spoke to the receptionist who was very rude and abrupt (not for the first time) telling me that there isn’t an asthma nurse there, so I asked if I could see the doctor for an asthma check, to be told no the doctor won’t do that, I asked what was I supposed to do, she told me I need a referral to go to the hospital, I asked her how do I get a referral, so she said she would do it. After waiting a few weeks, I rang the surgery this morning as I hadn’t heard anything, to be told that the receptionist can’t do referrals and I need to see the doctor and to ring back tomorrow to make an appointment, I’m going around in circles!! no doubt when I ring tomorrow morning, there won’t be any appointments and I’ll have to ring back again!! I shall be looking for a new surgery, this one is a complete joke.

I was on the mini pill before the pandemic, quite simply wanted to go back on it. The female doctor concerned wanted to lecture me about other contraceptives. I'm pre menopausal and just wanted to go back on it to assist with this which also states on NHS website that it can help with erratic monthlys. She said we will save this discussion for another time! Once I have ID I will be changing surgery.

If I could leave zero I would.. two weeks I’ve rang at 8.30 to be told to ring at 8.30 the next day to get an appointment. The original doctor Simon was weird church preacher , who thought god was the healer!! Still don’t understand how they don’t have full time doctors there!!! Avoid

I have called them over 9 times during thr course of 3 weeks to book for an appointment. They keep saying oh we will call you today and tell you about conformation of appointment and a doctor will call me.
During the course of 9 calls. I call them and ask what happened to my appointment and why has the doctor not called me.
They can definitely be better at telling you about your next at that particular phone call.

This Surgery is a Disgrace. Called to book appt at 9.30. After waiting ages receptionist told me all dr’s left at 9.10
Will have to call back nxt day. Only tel bookings can’t even guarantee that. On questioning the receptionist why I can’t book a face to face appt she went off on one saying she doesn’t have to answer me and put the phone down. At no point was I rude or abusive. I will be making a formal complaint with the authorities.

This place is beyond shocking - The GP Dr Simon has been sacked and nothing has been done or sorted. Dying would be easier than trying to get help from this abysmal shambles of a surgery. I cant put into words how bad this place is. Avoid at all times - no one cares

If I could give zero stars I would!

Gave birth 8 weeks ago, was told that they would contact me with an appointment for my daughters 8 week jabs and for my check up!

I chased multiple times over the telephone and in person to be told someone would contact me… called when my daughter was 8 weeks to be told that the nurse is fully booked and doesn’t understand why I hadn’t been given an appointment!

This is not the first time I have had issues with this Dr’s surgery, was for something worse!

Patient neglect!

I will be looking for another surgery!
