Dr Hudson is such a lovely caring listening doctor. She made me feel really at ease and really knows her stuff. She went beyond to help me and I would like to thank her. My appointment was 8.15 fri 11th September. Also the lovely blonde haired receptionist who got me a blood test the same day, she was very caring. It was a good experience. Thank you do much.

Receptionist are very very rude and treated me disgustingly when I was 17 weeks pregnant to the point I moved surgery’s!!! The manager who dealt with my situation was also very rude and no help at all! Called me a liar pretty much and put me under a lot of stress when pregnant!!
They Think they are a doctors when they are not! The doctors are lovely just a massive let down when you have rude receptionist!! My dad was having a heart attack a few years back and he rang up in the morning and they told him to wait till 4pm it was then Dr M saved his life! Not once did the receptionist ring my dad and explain what had happened and why they told him to wait!!! Dr are lovely but the place is let down by the rude receptionist!!!

My family has used this surgery for 35 years, occasionally and only when we need to. In all of those years the service they have provided us has been first class and exceptional. On one occasion, when my young son was ill, the doctor "Moncrief" went beyond my expectations. We are very lucky to have such a well managed practice.

I have visited the surgery today to have a cyst removed off my chest and a skin tag removed that I only mentioned during my visit and the Dr agreed to do it at the same time .The convenience of being able to have this done locally was great. Dr Priestman and the nurse supporting were amazing . I couldn’t have been looked after any better . People far too keen to complain rather than give credit where it is due . Thank you , wanted to show my appreciation .

On hold for well over an hour to make an appointment. Not acceptable. People wonder why so many people end up going to A&E. Ridiculous.

My partner spoke to doctor moncriefe ( how ever you spell his name) and I honestly think he’s so rude. Didn’t help me one bit and was very sarcastic! I think he’s the most rudest doctor ever and will not be using him again

Some doctors can be incredibly rude and dismissive also I think one person at the desk. HOWEVER this is not the case for all. Most women at the desk are the most lovely friendly people who do what they can to help. Most of the doctors are amazing. I have had countless problems, visits, phone calls and they have been reassuring, kind and listened every time I have spoken to them. Especially Dr Martin, Dr Preistmen, Dr Lawrence. These are some of the absolute best there. DR clever has also been brilliant with some of my own issues as well as my children's and I can not give her enough credit. My children all felt at ease in her company and let her do all of the checks she ended while answering her questions witch is a change from the fact they normally won't even look at someone they don't know let alone talk smile and let them touch them. It's like most places sometimes you have a bad experience but most of the time not. There's only normally a wait if you ask for a certain doctor otherwise they get you in ASAP even the same day. I've called before in the afternoon and gotten a appointment or a phone conversation. Even been asked to go down after the call so they can check things. They are such love people and I don't understand why they have such a low rating. Seems people are only really saying the negative side. It can take a while to get through sometimes but that's not there fault that's other people also calling and phone lines being busy/full. They can't help that you have to wait a little while they tend to a different patient or help someone

yet again I get a receptionist making decisions on my medication...are they trained in this and yet again Dr.M. never rang me in the 4.5 hours they had ,losing respect for this place as I get told its 3 weeks to get a telephone consultation with a Dr who knows you.Dr Hewins,Holt,Lawrence and Priestman do a great job but a waiting list of 3 weeks is absolutely disgraceful to get a phone call....if the receptionist is qualified to make these decisions in others absence then give them a pay rise.Ill try again tomorrow but won't accept a consultation with Dr.M as have total disrespect for this person even more now totally ignored calling me back.Heath lane do us a favour and explain why a simple call takes three weeks as you seem to have time to update your waiting speeches or better still put something up in the reception bit .Next failed attempt to speak to a Dr. and being advised by a receptionist I will just ring the nhs and put a complaint in as customer care seems to be non existent of late ,bar the aforementioned gps
