Brilliant doctors. Despite taking an age to get an appointment on some days. You always manage to get in and be sorted. Do think they should put something in place where only proven workers can have the workers appointments however. Several people I know try for the doctors worker appointments but can't get in told to come after they've started work to find the appointments before are taken by the elderly. Some of which will have all day to come. The place it's self is always well presented... clean and welcoming. The midwife is brilliant to treated us extremely well whilst pregnant with my little boy. But when you do find out and need to book a midwife appointment... for goodness sake don't tell one of the receptionists.... I had to tell her when she couldn't understand the doctors note... instead of being quiet she blurted it out in front of the entire reception including my mum!

Only been at this surgery just over a year all the staff are lovely, they speak nice to you on the phone, the doctors & nurses are lovely to speak to They treat you like your human ! Bit different to my last doctors Dr oza and his cronies. The staff in oza chemist are the same unless you're up their backsides . I would give Woodlands ten stars if I could Also Manor Pharmacy near the surgery is nice! Another visit today to see Dr Russell, she was lovely & asked how I was as soon as I entered the room, the reason being my parents died within two months of each other this year & that was very nice of her
Thanks Dr Russell and all the doctors and staff.

Brilliant practice lovely doctors lovely reception staff x only reason for 4 star and not 5 is I think it's wrong to have surgery open and people queuing to get a appointment straight away when others can't get to surgery and have to ring it takes longer to get through and in the meantime the appointments r being booked in reception so by the time u get a answer on the phone appointments have gone !! I have been told at 8.45 all appointments gone ring back tomorrow!!

After listening to both Dr Pound and another voice say that if you are experiencing chest pains etc to hang up and call an ambulance. so i hold as instructed only then to be told by the receptionist that the emergency line is for those with chest pain (who surely would have headed the first to promts top call 999). unbelievable. now in a 40 person long cue in absolute agony!!

I did get an appointment same day, which I am told is a miracle in itself and more often than not impossible at other practices.

Woodlands is filled with great doctors and nurses ready to help... When you can get an appointment that is. It's a very busy practice due to its popularity so sometimes it's difficult to get the help needed but they are lovely people and willing to try their best and really take the time to listen properly. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Dr Kelly, Dr Pound the lovely young Dr who i cant remember her name in room 1 and the reception staff. I have recently had a run of bad luck with my health. I have had to contact woodlands on a few occasions. The reception staff are always cheerful, professional and they are lovely. Well done Woodlands your customer service is excellant.

Everything seemed good until today. I rang for a sick note. The first sick leave I have taken in over 20 years due to recent surgery, high blood pressure and suspected blood clot. A worrying time. Because I didn’t phone on a Monday the Dr would only sign me off for 4 days, stating I’d have to ring back next Friday if I needed that day covering. These people are policy monkeys. No consideration to the effect their actions ( or lack thereof) are likely to have on people with hypertension and blood pressure that one week ago was 230/115. Awful.
