Would thoroughly recommend Hawes and Co Wimbledon. Three months with another agent got us viewing after viewing but no legitimate offers,. On moving to Hawes Paul and Marcus picked up the mantle and within 3 short weeks Paul had generated interest and multiple competitive offers. The process went through smoothly from there with Paul managing the chain well, keeping all parties informed and successfully delivering both our sale and purchase.

Local knowledge, realistic pricing and importantly qualified leads, got us the result we wanted. After a poor experience with enthusiastic door openers it was a pleasure to deal with knowledgeable grown ups who understand their market and customer service and ultimately delivered. Some agents try to win business on high valuations and glossy presentation but the staff at Hawes are committed long term to the business and the area, give realistic expectations of achievable prices, and value honesty and integrity above all else.
