I can’t put into exact words how grateful I am to Hunters Worcester Park. After a few years I have given Hunters a 2nd chance and to my delight nobody in the office are from the Old Regime. They are all young spirited and are proactive instead of reactive. They rented out my property within 4 hours! I could not believe it. Went with Hunters after a very poor experience with another Worcester Park Estate Agent.
Hunters rep Teddy proactively spoke with us to explore our needs and problems so we transferred to them. Unfortunately it did take a while to change estate Agents due to the long tie in clause with the first Agent.
Stephen Buffham, Hunters negotiator, worked very hard and secured four viewings within 2 days and managed to secure an offer within our price range. Unfortunately within a days we lost the house we had offered on and financially things became uncomfortable so we had to withdraw our house from the market.
Stephen was very understanding.
We would not hesitate using Hunters if the opportunity arose again. Thank you for all your work.
