I am new to London and engaged with multiple real estate agent here to find a house on rent for me. I would highly recommend the service of Johns&Co Royal Wharf for setting up my move in date at the earliest with reference checks and other formalities done at the best time possible. Both Amy Wood and Amy Bridge were very friendly and approachable. They made our experience even better; and were in constant touch, resolved all our queries until we were well settled in our new house. Highly recommend both for their service.

Our property manager Robert McCracken was a delight to deal with! Really professional, always responding in a timely manner, was great in finding solutions that work well for both tenants and landlords. Really impressed, and we hope that if even need to rent with Johns and Co again, their property manager is as good as Robert. Definitely recommend.

Overall good experience with a responsive and helpful team. Had an issue getting into the flat with the keys they provided me, as the one left by the previous tenant was bent. Was able to go back to their office and get a working key, but noone was able to come out and deliver it themselves. Otherwise, have no complaints. In all, a very high quality experience but still a little room to grow and improve.

Good agency to reach out If your are looking for a nice property. Amy and Marwa were very responsive and provided good assistance when I was looking for a property. The entire process is very easy to understand and follow.
