They were very good with a friendly and professional approach. They made us feel at ease and helped us navigate even through tricky moments with a great deal of calm and reassurance. Selling a house and the whole process is very stressful but Hamptons were more than happy to work with me and my family for the viewings. The brochure and photos looked great and gave potential buyers a clear understanding of what was for sale. We had a very good experience of working with Hamptons to sell our property in central Epsom. From the outset, when Paul and Leon appraised the house, their enthusiasm and commitment to getting us the best seller was clearly evident. The photography package they procured was excellent (and the photographer was really easy to work with). We had high quality viewings, resulting in very strong bids at the end and sold over the asking price. All in all, highly recommend!

One of the team kept us informed at all times and were encouraging and optimistic even when challenges got in the way. I had a very good experience with Hamptons at Epsom. All agents are very friendly, professional and responsive. I initially tried selling my house with a different state agent who were hard to reach and communicate. Then I decided to change agents and tried Hamptons who since the begging were really honest and proactive. Leon did the house assessment and all I can say is he was right with the price, I really like his honesty, he promised he could sell the house at around that price and he really delivered. Less than two weeks later we already got an offer. Becky took over the sell and follow-ups, and she was fantastic. It was always easy to reach her and she always provided me with a good update of the sell. When Becky was not around Paul helped me with any questions or request I had. The Hamptons team was top class and I would recommend them to anyone.

So where do I start! At the beginning with a professional appraisal of my home by Paul, who was humble and never made false promises as other agents can do. We took a leap of faith and got the ball rolling. Photographs and brochure were stunning, a fantastic photographer, then off to market! Priced well we were inundated with viewings, literally after going live. Hamptons facilitated the viewings, nothing was too much trouble even letting my puppy Teddie out for a nature break. Christine, well not enough adjectives to describe her, kind, communicative, effective and when needed a force of nature along with the rest of the team moving our sale through, engaging with solicitors getting us to the finishing post with full asking price! Take a leap of faith- Hamptons wont let you down.
