We are currently tenants under Dixons and they have been nothing short of professional and caring every time we've needed to speak with them.

We have had needed the boiler replacing, which they sorted promptly with the landlord, and were also very understanding when we needed to delay our rent a few weeks during COVID.

Tara has always been extremely helpful, quick and efficient with any problem I’ve had. She deals with things professionally and has been nothing but kind and understanding with any issue. I’ve had no problem with reporting things back to her as my property manager, she works extremely hard to sort things.
