What a great service I have received so far from the whole team at your move (Kettering), and especially Michael Dainty and Jessica Roberts. When Michael came to our house to take the photos and 3D video, he took his time making sure he captured the best shots, which really shown when we seen the end result. This attracted lots of potential buyers, and Your Move arranged for 15 viewings in a single day which worked perfectly for us. They also did all the showing around and explaining the property and managed to keep to the tight timescales. As requested they ensured all clients removed their shoes and wore face masks at all times. Jessica has also been a star, with regular contact and keeping us updated every step of the way, and she is always a pleasure to speak to with her friendly professional attitude. If I was to move again, Your move would certainly be my first choice.

I went to Your Move for my first time purchase as Darryl had been recommended by a couple of people. I was not disappointed, he listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to support me during the process. Everyone in the office have been extremely friendly, which is not something I had experienced elsewhere. The financial support was really useful and I was able to clearly identify my budget and was supported through the whole mortgage application process.

From the outset, when I visited this branch of Your Move and met with Darryl Borthwick I felt he had listened to exactly what I was looking for. Darryl was professional, polite and was really helpful when explaining what he was expecting to receive property-wise, discussing property market conditions and with providing area info (as I am new to the area). I also liked that he said he would call us as soon as there was a property of interest - and he did just that! Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase a property via Your Move but their level of customer service is excellent. There is no doubting their commitment to ensuring you are their priority. I would definitely recommend.

Although we did not use Your Move for our sale our purchase, Jess from Your Move was the Estate Agent dealing with the sale at top of the chain. She was brilliant as she was pushing to whole chain so the sale would go through within the required time frame before our mortgage expired. Jess was happy to put in the leg work and speak to all the Estate Agents and solicitors to ensure that the sales completed withing the required time frame and was happy to keep all parties updated.
If it was not for Jess I don't think our sale and purchase would have happened.
I cannot thank her enough even thought she was not our Estate Agent.
In the future I would certainly use there as from my experience they keep on top of the sale all the way through to completion rather than many other Estate Agents where it appears once they have had the offer in on their house that is their job done.
