Quirky Campers - Campervan Hire

Surprised my girlfriend for her birthday with a weekend spent in this campervan! We had an incredible time with Indie wild camping and cooking all of our meals in this well equipped beauty. There's a fridge, hob and all the utensils you need as well as beautiful wooden panelling. The attention to detail is amazing and we had such a great time. Only wish we could've spent longer with Indie! Thank you to Leo and Kathrin for giving us one of the best weekends ever

We hired Indie and spent 8 days driving through the Isle of Skye and the North Coast of Scotland. It was a life-changing trip, much due to the comfort of the van. We never felt like anything was missing. We had everything we needed to cook, cards to play, storage space a plenty. The woodfire burner in the van, as well as making everything that little bit coiser, meant we were always warm, despite it being mid winter! The interior is also beautifully decorated. Indie was a joy to drive, she handled single-track lanes and parking spaces like a much smaller car. Leo and Kathrin were super responsive and helpful during the booking process and pick up/drop off. We honestly cannot wait for another opportunity to hire Indie again!

Amazing van - we rented for the weekend and had a great time. All the necessary equipment and a surprisingly large fridge.

We hired Indie last year during the August Bank Holiday. Indie was an absolute JOY to drive and extremely comfortable. I was in awe as to how much SPACE there was for all the things we had/needed for a long weekend of Camping. The bed was so comfortable and as our UK weather is so hit and miss (ie: cold in the evening), it was such a treat to turn the Wood Burner on. Better to be HOT than COLD. We're hiring her again and we cannot wait to be reunited.

"We had THE best time in Indie. Leo and his wife have made a wonderful travelling home. Quaint and cosy yet sturdy and practical. I could not find one thing that I would change (and I tried). Although, if it's cold, do take some cushions and blankets. The fridge is deceptively large, the bed difficult to get out of in the morning, the lighting sublime and there is an enormous amount of storage. But the piece de la resistance is the log burner, it made all the difference when the cold and rain was fighting its way in. We can't wait for our next trip! Thanks Leo and family :) "
