May I say, a lady called Sandra made the entire car buying process seem seamless and smooth! I’ve purchased many cars perviously and I have found buying a car difficult normally because sales people come across pushy and demanding until I met Sandra. She devoted her time and listened to my needs/requirements in a car and was able to provide me a vehicle that suits me. I have been called a few months in advance to book for MOT+SERVICE. Turned up on the day and was provided with a courtesy car. Within 4 hours I received a full inspection results video and shortly after my car was ready. Cannot fault the staff in anyway, only I would have liked to receive an email or a text message with confirmation of the appointment since it was a few months down the line as a reminder. Unfortunately they don’t do that, but otherwise courteous and excellent service.

All communication was helpful and easy and customer care was good. Collection and return really good. Information shared regarding service helpful. The cleaning of the inside of the car wasn't great. It looked like someone had started but not finished.
