Excellent customer service! We dealt with Joe and he was amazing. For people who don't know much about cars, we were made to feel welcome and at ease.

Joe was really friendly and helped us narrow down the car we wanted. We test drove the car which was an easy and seamless experience which solidified our choice. He sorted our exchange for our deposit and our new car with no hassle.

Finally, just as we were about to drive away, he showed us around our new car and demonstrated the cars self parking, connected our phone and showed us anything else he thought we would need.

We walked in with no clue of what we would want or need and fairly anxious and left happy, calm and very excited about our new car.

Thank you Joe! You were amazing.

Great experience from start to finish. We felt relaxed and taken care of. Joe went out of his way to make sure the car was in the best condition possible for us ready to collect. We felt that we fully understood each aspect of the buying process and that was down to him being so approachable.

I have used Renault Wolverhampton for my cars annual service since I moved here five years ago and always had a good experience until last week. I take good care of my car and have always been more reassured taking it to the manufactures garage as I thought it would be better looked after.
Upon return to my car I saw a mark on my boot door which I thought was a small dirt mark from where it had been washed. It wasn’t until I drove away and went into my boot I thought I’d remove the mark which turned out to be a scratch.
I called the service desk and sent pictures over straight away- I was 2 hours away from the area and wouldn’t have been back in time to show them in person. Due to my work hours I couldn’t go down until 3 days later, I saw the service manager who told me it was an old scratch.. that it was definitely there beforehand and not their responsibility. I explained I know my car well and 100% the scratch was not there when I dropped my car off that morning. I told him to watch the video they took whilst doing my service and you can tell there is no scratch on the boot door at that point, to which he said nothing and kept fumbling in my boot to put things back he had moved for some unknown reason. I’d have thought the scratch would have more than likely been from when they wash the car afterwards rather than the actual service but he was insistent that I was lying. I said unfortunately I wouldn’t be bringing my car back to them in the future to which I was told ‘that’s fine by me’ as he was already walking off.
I have waited a few days before leaving this review to see if they reached out to me by phone but I’ve not heard anything so you cannot claim to take pride in great customer service as you have stated in other reviews?

Recently bought a car from Renault Holdcroft Wolverhampton and I have to say the service was absolutely incredible. Joe was super helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. My car was ready to pick up so quickly and was in immaculate condition. Couldn’t recommend them or Joe more!

Joe gave us expert advice and showed us a newer car that was in our price range. He was very supportive and even thought there were issues with the finance he managed to find us a great deal. Although we had problems with the finance being paid to his dealership he kept us informed all the way to completion. He was very supportive and drove us to the post office to sort out the car tax.. thanks Joe

Very happy with there service I received. I part exchanged my car and bought another car from here and it was a very smooth and easy process. Tony and Brett dealt with my sale and they were very friendly and professional throughout which made the process feel stress free. Would recommend!

I booked in for a service and the whole process was easy and straight forward. Katie Shannon dealt with me from start to finish, she made me aware of what I was having done, how much it would cost and we arranged a collection time. All work was completed by the time I arrived to collect my car and to top it off, my car was cleaned inside and out on pick up as well.

Bought this cracking van from Holdcroft Renault in Wolverhampton recently.
The service I received has been ‘Excellent’
Brett carried out 95% of the transaction and could not have been more helpful.
On collection day I noticed very small damage at the front of the vehicle. Brett got this booked in ASAP and arranged for me to have a courtesy car to drive home in.
All this includes the service you receive even for a second hand vehicle which is very impressive.
Massive thank you to Brett, outstanding service!! And I must also add in Tony who helped on collection day and also Jack who was very polite and also assisted us when we turned up to look at the vehicle.
I would definitely recommend people to buy from this garage.
