Joe was really friendly and helped us narrow down the car we wanted. We test drove the car which was an easy and seamless experience which solidified our choice. He sorted our exchange for our deposit and our new car with no hassle.
Finally, just as we were about to drive away, he showed us around our new car and demonstrated the cars self parking, connected our phone and showed us anything else he thought we would need.
We walked in with no clue of what we would want or need and fairly anxious and left happy, calm and very excited about our new car.

Upon return to my car I saw a mark on my boot door which I thought was a small dirt mark from where it had been washed. It wasn’t until I drove away and went into my boot I thought I’d remove the mark which turned out to be a scratch.
I called the service desk and sent pictures over straight away- I was 2 hours away from the area and wouldn’t have been back in time to show them in person. Due to my work hours I couldn’t go down until 3 days later, I saw the service manager who told me it was an old scratch.. that it was definitely there beforehand and not their responsibility. I explained I know my car well and 100% the scratch was not there when I dropped my car off that morning. I told him to watch the video they took whilst doing my service and you can tell there is no scratch on the boot door at that point, to which he said nothing and kept fumbling in my boot to put things back he had moved for some unknown reason. I’d have thought the scratch would have more than likely been from when they wash the car afterwards rather than the actual service but he was insistent that I was lying. I said unfortunately I wouldn’t be bringing my car back to them in the future to which I was told ‘that’s fine by me’ as he was already walking off.
I have waited a few days before leaving this review to see if they reached out to me by phone but I’ve not heard anything so you cannot claim to take pride in great customer service as you have stated in other reviews?

Brett carried out 95% of the transaction and could not have been more helpful.
On collection day I noticed very small damage at the front of the vehicle. Brett got this booked in ASAP and arranged for me to have a courtesy car to drive home in.
All this includes the service you receive even for a second hand vehicle which is very impressive.
Massive thank you to Brett, outstanding service!! And I must also add in Tony who helped on collection day and also Jack who was very polite and also assisted us when we turned up to look at the vehicle.
I would definitely recommend people to buy from this garage.
