Renault Watford

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Renault of Watford. Scarlett their sales person I dealt with was professional and very helpful, providing videos and answering even the silliest of questions. Compared to recent experiences at other dealerships etc this was a breath of fresh air, speedy and great experience, giving me confidence to complete my purchase with her. Well done Scarlett!

I think the servicing team did a great job but it would be great if I can be told in advance that it will take more than 4-5 hours to complete the servicing then I would go for the courtesy car option at the start. That is because I'm from Reading but for some reason, I have been assigned to Watford and I had to wait in Morison's for 8 hours to get my car back.

From the moment I entered the dealership the staff were friendly and helpful. The salesperson Yousof Ahmed whom I spoke to made my experience with buying a car through a dealership great. Kept me informed along the way and explained and helped with any problems that occurred. Handover was very smooth and quick. Thank you Yousof.

The service I received from Renault Watford was excellent, it was not their fault that the car took over 6 months to arrive.
Scarlet was wonderful sending regular emails updating me on the where about of my new car. And when I went to pick it up she was fantastic at showing me all the new extras , her hand over was seamless.
As for Renault cars this is my 5th, I love them.

Bought our Dacia Duster here 3yrs ago, staff are always helpful and servicing has been great. Recently was looking for a second car and spoke to Scarlett for advice on which hybrid/electric vehicle would be best for our needs. Due to budget decided to get a nearly new vehicle (ex-demo), and they didn’t have the exact one I wanted here so I had to buy elsewhere, but Scarlett and the team were informative and did a test drive of another model for me, even let me put my kids car seats in the back of a test car to check they fit okay. Will definitely go back for servicing/future purchases.
