Fantastic service from Chris from start to finish. Extremely helpful on the phone during my service in explaining what was required, fantastic in depth video with explanations of wear and patient with my questions. On picking the car up and meeting Chris in person, he guided me through the paperwork and payment and explained everything that had been done. Especially with the cost which isn’t very welcome to anyone in this climate, Chris made me feel comfortable and has restored my confidence in lookers after some rocky instances through the pandemic. Neil was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He took the time to welcome us as we arrived, even though he was busy, and pointed us in the direction of the coffee machine while we waited. He explained all the options open to us and checked that we understood at each point. Very knowledgeable on the features of the car and explained these to us.
