Bought my first ever Renault last week at this dealership. Fell on my feet with the lovely Dan Somers! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After visiting more than a couple of different dealerships around London, my wife and I decided to go with the beautiful new Renault Captur.

Ameel was our salesperson and he was very friendly and professional throughout the process.

Renault managed to deliver a month earlier than the original timeline. Ameel kept informing us about key developments only through SMS and I was particularly happy to be kept in the loop without feeling overwhelmed with emails. Also, he has sent us a surprise video of our new car being delivered to the dealership – nice touch!

In addition, he stepped in to resolve some sticky issues with the DVLA & Finance process meant there was no stress or delay for us.

In general, we are both really satisfied with the level of service we have received and we recommend this dealership to locals.

Very happy with the service at Renault Croydon. We bought a Dacia Sandero there in July and received it earlier than expected in September and we are very pleased with it. Daniel De-Silva handled it all for us and was helpful, friendly and very efficient in sorting out all the paperwork.
