Uncle Sams Hamburger Express Goring

I have always loved Uncle Sam’s but have recently found the quality of the chips to be a bit inconsistent which is really frustrating. Undercooked chips are SUCH a disappointment! The burgers are great, milkshakes delicious but please sort your chips out!

No customer service at all! Supplied the wrong order with in edible fries and would not supply replacements, was told to re order via just eat and pay another delivery charge. Requested a call from the manager and surprise surprise no call.
Completed an on line feedback and again no contact. So disappointing for a company that is normally very good.

Freezing cold burgers and hot chips after spending £70. They tried to blame the driver but it all came out the same bag. Mohamed the manager said there’s nothing he can do! You just lost a lot of customers.

Ordered food paid by card food never showed up. Refuse to replace food ask them if they will chase up with just eat manager told me no... tried to be nice and got nothing but rudeness and stupidity back. Driver never even attempted to deliver watched him leave the restaurant and then signal lost food marked as delivered 10 minutes later but never showed up staff don’t care manager is rude and quite frankly stupid.

Burger buns have got too chewy in the last couple of years. Puts me off ordering 😒

Got a cheeky couple of Burgers for me and my misses but wish I didn't now.

When I made my order of two burgers and some mozzarella fingers, I was quite surprised when he said 5min wait.

I had a Texan Burger other half an Allstar, the only good thing was at least the inside tasted cooked BUT the buns looked old, tasted greasy and they were Cold, mozzarella fingers tasted alright and were warm ish.

Put me off to go back now 😞

Really good prices and love the food here. I don't see many burger places serving milkshakes, and they're very nice too. Can definitely recommend their vegetarian options - there's lots of choice.
