Prezzo Italian Restaurant Wembley

Came here today as we had tickets to an event in the SSE arena. It was also the bank holiday weekend so the outlet next to the arena was busy. We found prezzo to be reasonably empty compared to other food places. The restaurant was a perfect considering the temperature outside. The tables I thought were placed with enough space apart. I didn’t feel the staff were very welcoming. We wondered our food which arrived within reasonable time but we found the food to be not what we ordered. Unable to get anyone’s attention politely we thought we would continue to eat as we didn’t have time to wait. Nobody came to ask if our food was ok. After a discussion once the bill had arrived they did amend the bill but seemed unpleasant about it. It’s was an ok experience I guess.

Good pizza, ok pasta. Questionable dessert. Great & very helpful staff & atmosphere. The sun shines through the window during the cold winter months. The prosecco tasted great! It is an ok place for a quick lunch.

Absolutely rubbish place, rude customer services with very average food, definitely not recommended

I was attending an event at the SSE Arena and decided to have dinner in Prezzo. I had to wait at least 15 minutes for a table which was ok but once sat down it took just as long for the waiter to take my order! In fact the food came quicker. The toilets were filthy and had no toilet paper, customers were telling staff and asking for napkins but the staff still didn't do anything about it. I had to catch someone to pay for the bill and then had to wait another 10-15 mins for the waiter to get the card machine. The food was lovely but was let down by the poor service.

Regular visitor to Prezzo and the food is consistently good, this review is based purely on the ambience. The place was extremely cold with the air conditioning turned down way too low, it was evident it was affecting the customers as one couple asked to be moved to a warmer place, several customers were looking up to see where the draft was coming from, and I even asked jokingly for a blanket, my Wife had to leave her coat on to eat her dinner.

I did ask if they could turn up the heating but it fell on deaf ears, and after all i did notice the waitress fanning herself at one point!!

We decided to sit down for a drink and were promptly told by a very rude manager that we could get a drink from the bar across the way! this is something we have never come across ...ever!
So we ordered a couple of starters.
the server asked us which condiments we required which she never brought over.
As we were paying the couple on the next table needed table ware so the server took the unused napkins and cutlery which had salt and bits of food on from our table and handed them over to the couple.
Very bad customer service and training...please avoid.

Definitely not recommended. Told to stand and wait (for 5 minutes) when we arrived, (despite plenty of tables being available). Eventually lead to a table, asked if we could order a drink and told somebody would be along soon. 15 minutes later the waitress eventually arrived. Food arrived - carbonara, no offer of parmesan, no 'creamy consistency, just a water like 'sauce' that had settled at the bottom of the bowl. Chicken and pepperoni pizza...Chicken was cold. Seriously disappointed in both the service and poor quality of food.

I've been here 3 or 4 times and I'm not going to return there. This is based on all visits but the last one was the worst. Dirty table, full of crumbles from pervious customers, dirty or I should say previously used cuttlery (shocking tbh), carbonara looked like a soup, cheesecake was some kind of a cake or it was so old that it no longer looked like cheesecake and it has some sweets on the topping, presumable to kill awful taste. Waiting staff... Very disappointing. Zero attention, haven't asked even once if all was good, I suppose they did know it wasn't. Avoid.
