Wow!! There’s just no better place. Foood is seriously next level, best tasting burgers I’ve ever had. Great variety, both meat and veggie options. Atmos is amazing too, great service and awesome music. Very personable. The decor is also brilliant, finished with lovely taste… if you haven’t already, get yourself a table booked!!!

Good but not great burgers.. Was okay but not as much as led to believe.
Good drinks but rosemary fries and salted ones tasted identical bar a spring of the herbs.
Need to to try again and compare to others nearby

Really nice little restaurant specialising in burgers. The burgers are really teasty, I highly recommend the spicy goat! Decent selection of drinks also. The staff are happy and friendly. The decor is modern and refreshing. It's not the biggest of establishments though, so would recommend booking.

First time visiting BUN (Born Up North). We booked a table for 8 people as it was our twins 18th Birthdays. I emailed the booking request but rather than waiting for a reply I used the WhatsApp option to communicate with the restaurant which I would recommend. The employee replying on the WhatsApp was polite and booked our table quickly and emailed a confirmation. My wife had taken balloons and a birthday cake up earlier in the day for the tables to be decorated and the staff where very helpful. We arrived and where guided to our table. The food menu is not too overwhelming as it is kept to a minimum which I prefer, easier to choose. The drinks menu however is massive haha. So I opted for the Wolf Burger with rosemary fries as it had been recommended to me by quite a few people that had already visited. The waiter was helpful and attentive. There was not a long wait for the food and the drinks where also served quickly. So we all tucked into our food and everyone was happy. My burger was very flavoursome and you could tell the patty was homemade. The fries where cooked and seasoned well but I could not tell if they where homemade unfortunately? The pot of slaw was very small but tasty and I would prefer a bigger pot to go with my burger and chips really. Once we had all eaten the staff kindly brought out the birthday cake and lit the fountains and candles. We did not have dessert as we tucked into our birthday cake. Unfortunately I only took one picture of my food as I was concentrating on the celebrations and its not the best pic I've ever taken.
So overall a great place to eat, polite and helpful staff and great food. Some people may find it a bit too expensive but it's worth it as a treat if you can. We will return in the future. I had to give it 5 stars as it didn't warrant any less 👌👍

Had the Wednesday deal - £20 all you can eat chicken with free refills! Chicken tender strips amazing and the buffalo wings delightful. Thighs also mega and chicken burger good too with slaw and chips on side. Lovely atmosphere and 10/10 service to match the food. Will be returning to try more of the menu

Just had best roast dinner for a long time. Beef, pork and chicken so tender they just melt in the mouth. Vegetables all cooked to perfection. Really generous portions. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, If you haven’t tried it yet you are missing something very special. We are definitely heading back soon. 👍👍

Will definitely be returning. After hearing so many good things about here I just had to try it. Six of us met up for birthday celebrations and it met expectations and more. The food was out of this world, I had the surf & turf burger with a side of mac n cheese, others tried other burgers and specials and everything was outstanding. Most of all the service made our visit, cannot wait to come back and try more.

A bit late writing this review as we went on New Year's Eve for lunch. It was our second visit and both have been fantastic - great food in a lovely atmosphere and the team are really welcoming too! Best place in Heswall for me!
We'd been to wagamama a few days before and were pleasenty surprised by the value here. Our whole meal for two came to £50 - £15 less than wagamama.
A great spot to eat at!
