Runners Need Islington

Worse customer service I have ever encountered. I'm still waiting for my shoes that I ordered in November and customer service said they can't give me an estimate of when they will arrive. The best estimate they could give was 22nd of December 2020. The date today is 9th of January 2021! Runners Need have invented a time machine.

Great place to get your next bit of running kit or trainers. Service was friendly, helpful and professional.

Visited for a gait analysis after recovering from an ankle injury. Top notch service from very friendly staff (thanks Veronica), went away with an expertly recommended pair of mild-stability On running shoes. Great store and experience all round

FIRST and certainly not the last time I will visit this store! On 27th April 2021 I had the good fortune of being assisted and guided by the expertise of the lovely Veronika in buying my first ever pair of running shoes.

Truth be told I was putting it off for weeks out of some sort of fear I might be met with someone sort of potential impatient elitist/arrogant athlete by night, shop assistant by day type person.

I couldn’t have been more wrong! ALL THAT fear/anxiety of looking or maybe being made to feel like a total amateur for NOTHING!

Veronika spent well over an hour with me getting my gait analysed and choosing which shoe would best suit me, my requirements and running goals. She was an angel! A total asset to Cotswold/Runners Need, EXCEPTIONAL customer service and care. I still feel so lucky and grateful!

I went in to return running shoes that were too small that I had purchased online. The staff were not helpful and were not understanding of my situation. They did not accept my return. Totally unacceptable in these uncertain times - I would've expected better from Runners Need.

Walked 5 miles to this store only to be told you haven’t made a appointment
I walked inside the shop could see downstairs was empty but was not allowed to go down
I have been in this shop a few times and have never been refused to go down to buy running shoes but this time the lady upstairs very rudely told me you can’t go down
Anyway won’t be using this place again it’s the only sports shop that does this

The lady working there was very kind, knowledgable, patient and very helpful to me for me to understand what kind of shoes I actually need. Thank you.
