Thirkleby Hall Caravan Park

Great layout, lovely people, good fishing too.

Looks nice visited relatives staying there for a week quiet no entertainment, but fishing lake etc and local walks, it looked really well kept family run I believe looked like a great fish and chips/food van there.

Brilliant place if you get on with the manager Rob you can party all night,urinate up other people's caravans an awnings and nothing will get said, because I your spending money in the pub,showers and toilets are a disgrace you have to clean them before you can use them,security is a joke anyone can get on that site

We thought the park was laid out quite nicely , although more tidying up could be done . Our van was ok but needed more detail on the cleaning side , I had to clean 2 stains that were on the carpets , there was also lots of marks on the windows where young children have put there fingers , and there wasn't the smaller details , like a bin in the toilet and only one pillow on the beds.

We arrived 13/10/2022. Chris, Carl and Andy were brilliant, our brand new 2022 caravan relay was faulty, they tried everything to get us going. They are worth their weight in gold. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND, this site, it's quiet, has beautiful surroundings, including a lake and woodlands.

My mate just moved there from Watford on a temporary basis while he searches for a new house, know the place from years back as an X girlfriend lived their so I can see the improvement that has been accomplished.
Looks good.

An amazing site, with great scenery, good location and easy access to most of North Yorkshire! Love it! Even with the mischievous resident peacocks waking us up! Visit if you can!
