Staff were polite, friendly & quick to serve with a smile. Food was great. Drinks menu lacked details & drinks dispenser broke down. Environment was extremely cold, we were freezing by the time we left, consequently we rushed. Will take away next time.

Fantastic service, the person serving was really pleasant and chatty. Made the sub perfectly and even seemed like they added a bit extra to be nice.

Hadn't had a subway for a while so we decided to have one whilst out looking for a new mattress, only to find out that subway offer 25% NHS discount which was a fantastic suprise,

Terrible attitude of a young staff member. Had an earphone in talking to someone and not paying attention to orders, contaminated the food, when asked to changed gloves had a b#itch fit, murdered our breads. The next customer asked to be served by another employee and was met with a cofrontational tone and terrible attitude. The kid was 16 and clearly didn't want to be there. Even after the child employee stated "he can't touch me im only 16 but my dad will come down and sort him out"!!!! Absolute joke of an employee. The only reason I've given 2 stars and not 1 is for the other staff who escorted the "CHILD" to the back so they could clean up his mess.

Ordered on uber eats and for the second the did not send me the right cookies. If you don’t have them take it off as an option, its not rocket science.

Front of us were a pain-my-butt customer, but other than that we had a nice selection of food there. With very polite staff.
