Subway

'Opens' at 7:00am. Just left at 7:25 whilst the shutters are still down and the staff are faffing behind. Now late for work and sans breakfast. Mickey mouse operation that needs real management.

2 STARS GO TO... Subway! For the first time in Subway experience. It says opens at 7am,but when I got there - only serves cold sandwiches until...(staff not sure as they need to prep everything to make hot sandwiches).
I STRONGLY SUGGEST: IF YOU SAY "open from 7am" so get the staff in a bit early to have oven heated!

Regularly out of products and the boxes for salads. Opening hours state closes at 10pm, regularly closes before this. Just been on my way home from work at 5.30pm....closed. Use another is my advice.

Absolutely useless. Takes them about 20 minutes to serve one customer and they don't even acknowledge that you've been waiting there for so long which is extremely poor customer service. I've tried to get a sandwich from here three times now and have never managed it, they're too busy taking and making orders for delivery and just ignore the customers in store. I think 40 to 50 minutes is too long to wait for a sandwich.

Over charged for my 2 meal deals and to top it off they didn't even give me the x2 cookies I was over charged for!

No meatless meatballs only plastic chicken available

Friendly staff ,always happy to help. Not had a bad sandwich yet 👍

Always gave the wrong sauce or wrong add ons when ordering on deliveries. Sucks to wait for half an hour and get the wrong sub.
