Subway

Poor selection and choice of subs and salads, no peppered cheese, only one veggie sub and only one staff member running the shop with four customers waiting in line. Salads are a 60p extra charge which is unfair if someone doesnt want a sub/ bread in their meal and pureky wants salad. Bags are also a 10p charge which never used to be the case up until just recently. Even Greggs don't charge for bags!
Subway UK realky needs to up their game and at least be on par with international Subway chains where they have much more food and drink variety and better customer service (particularly Asia and Far East).

Awful ignored me and didn’t serve me for ages too busy talking to his mate sat down eating. Bread is stale fruit and veg still frozen on display. Hardly any salad put into my sub. Not a nice environment to eat in either. If you want a good subway go to esher save yourself the misery.

great service and best quality food

The service is slow and they use half the amount of ingredients in the sandwiches than they should be. Had a problem collecting my subcard points and they told me I'll receive the points in my balance, it's been 2 weeks since then and haven't gotten a thing.

Edit: A few months later nothing has changed, employees do not use any hairbands or hats so expect long hairs in your food.

How many people does it take to do one order? 4 here and they're still constantly making mistakes. I watched them do 5 uber eats orders (some of which came after I was being served but still jumped the and they had to re do the orders 3 times because so It took 15 minutes for me to get my simple 6 inch and leave. Never coming back to this branch again

Very quick, polite and efficient. I didn't receive, and didn't realise at the time to ask for one, the plastic bag with my sub though so if you plan to eat off your lap (as I often do using the bag as a table mat) be cautious!

Delicious and fresh subs delivered right to my doorstep! Always super fast and tastes great. Also received free cookies for being a loyal customer which was a kind gesture!
