Storage Giant (Space Place) Self Storage Leicester

Thanks to Storage Giant Leicester, I have been able to leave my stuff over the summer. The staff provides a fantastic service. It is always ready to help and deliver the best choice based on your needs, thanks to a good variety of options to choose from.

I have had my belongings in this storage for over a year. The staff are really helpful and kind and I’ve really appreciated their effective communication and overall customer service. Thank you all, especially Johnny, Trevor and the new girl (I’m so sorry I forgot your name) you’ve been great and if I needed storage in the future I would definitely utilise your service. My belongings remained in tact, there were no smell or traces of any damp. I retrieved my belongings in the state I had stored them. My deposit was also processed promptly. Highly recommended!

P.s they also sell lots of items required for a move I.e bubble wrap, boxes, tape etc

Just moved into today, id like to give kyle a big shoutout for how helpful he has been and how easy he made it for me to move in. Kyle and trevor were excellent, they even helped supply a man with a van to move my things into storage!!

Toooo cold there and they welcome you perfect but the manager there when leaving isnt great, he says he has shares of it so you get the gist of the attitude, lifts are awfully slow and they have a check out time likes its a hotel!

International Student Friendly, Accommodating and Great Service

The location is great (near city centre), student-friendly, accommodating, reliable, great service and reasonable prices.

Johnny and Trevor were great to work with. They were both extremely accommodating and helpful. Being an international student, I had to leave my items at the storage unit for an entire year, due to Covid-19. They were very helpful when I was planning on shipping my items back to Canada. As this all had to be done remotely, they were quick to answer my emails when asking about the dimensions/weight of the boxes. This made the shipping process easier and made my overall experience at the storage unit great!
