Absolutely first class service again. New soles, set of laces and they even gave the shoes a clean. All with a smile.

Needed two remote controls. Ordered Monday; supposed to be in store on Wednesday. Left it till Thursday then went in - but they hadn't arrived. Left the store and five mins later got a call to say they'd arrived. Chap serving was friendly and professional though, store was clean and tidy, and goods were exactly what I needed, so a reasonable 3-star score. Would use again.
