I was staying just outside Melbourne for the weekend about 2 weeks ago.
We popped down to the town and came across TheMelbourne Cobbler” both my friend and I bought a beautiful Italian bag that was on offer . Gorgeous colours to choose from.
I shall be contacting as wondered if I could buy more. Don’t know why didn’t think at the time be great xmas presents .

Brought a handbag from here a few weeks ago just been in again and brought a purse great value for moey. Lovely service the leather is beautifu well worth a visit .

The briefcase was in need of stitching and cleaning and restoring. David restitched it all, carefully selecting a thread colour close to the original. He removed the fasteners so we could take them to the electro platers. He improved the leather using mink oil. Next job is for him to refix the replated fasteners. We are very pleased with the end result. Thank you very much indeed! 👍🏻

Used this retailer many times, extremely helpful and prices are very competent for key cutting and all sorts.
Also very useful in suggesting other retailers when job outside his remit

Had a jacket I needed altering. It wasn't something David could do himself but he kept the jacket to see if it could be done by another person. They couldn't do it either, so David suggested several other people. Why I rate it so highly is because of the fantastic customer service I received, the advice I was given and the suggestions I received. The very best of old school service and hospitality, which is a rare thing these days. I would highly recommend David and his business.
