Jess, from the Leamington store on the Shires retail park, was amazing and was so helpful when we went in to look for a particular style of shoes. Although the store don’t usually stock them, Jess went out her way to find a pair which where in the stock room. Jess’s knowledge of the shoes and styles where brilliant and we are very thankful!

Their shoes are a must of your child wrecks everything they wear. You get what you pay for and despite being pricey, last as long as they fit and will still be fine to hand down for another 6 months wear.

Took my daughter for her first shoes. She had a melt down and screamed the shop down. The young man that measured her feet and helped us was so calm and well manned despite my 14 month old screaming in his face.

Terrible experience, shoes were faulty had a receipt, they asked to see the child. So asked his dad to bring him down to the shop . Once he was there they said he needed socks as they needed to measure his feet. He had no socks as he was wearing sandals due to heat. They asked my to get some socks, this continued until I said forget. Never again

Received wonderful service yesterday with my son who has ASD lady who dealt with us was so understanding and helpful. She even let him help scan the shoes. Made his day

Good customer service, I had to change the shoes which I bought few days ago, unused, no problem 👍staff was very helpful with my requests. I would give 5 stars but some varieties of shoes have to be ordered. There is 50% sale on with some good selections. There is free parking outside the store and good few outlets for shopping and coffee.

This was our first visit to this store, and it was heartening to see that it was laid out in an airy fashion, giving lots of room for people to maintain social distancing. All the staff were wearing masks, even when not serving, and hand sanitising was available at the store entrance.

We were greeted for our appointment on arrival, and from there the whole experience was easy and generally pleasant. Stock was brought out quickly, and choices produced in a variety of colours and styles (particularly when an item was not in stock in the size we needed).

Will definitely be back to this store again.

Clarks didn’t allow my little dog inside the Leamington store (Thatchbrook park), with no explanation nor apology.
