Really disappointed. My 10 year old son has been fitted with the wrong school shoes, for the 3rd time in 5 years. He ended up with blisters on his toes. The young chap that fitted him spent 10 minutes, from us walking in, to paying. Nowhere near enough time. We went to Honiton where they could see instantly they were far too narrow and would be extremely painful. Very friendly team but shocking service. Wont ever go back.

This shop is spacious and bright and the staff are always very helpful.
The footwear is usually very comfortable (obviously I can't comment on them all!) .. and they do very good sales.

Leo I think was their name was, was an absolute legend in helping daughter choose new shoes for school. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant service

How well the staff worked at this busy time of fitting school children with good quality shoes

I was served today by (I'm bad with names, I believe it was) Izzy, who was super helpful and able to advise me on the shoes available within my budget. I found an excellent pair that are very comfortable, and very affordable. Fantastic and very friendly customer service!

I took my children here to get school shoes. We came away with 2 pairs which the member of staff said fit well. I was not convinced as they seemed small.
We put them on 2 weeks later and there wasn't any growing room. I took them to honiton where they had them fitted to the next size up!

Very frustrating and annoying if you order anything for home delivery. No one wants to know or help if it goes wrong. They have your money so why worry about the customer it is too much effort!

Very helpful staff. Good selection of excellent shoes for kids.
