Absolutely fantastic! I went here over a year ago as I suffer from foot pain when walking for more than a couple of hours. I was given a thorough consultation where my walking was analysed and I talked through my problem. I was advised as to my options for correcting the problem and there was no pressure to buy after the free consultation.

This is truly a miracle worker for my feet. I got custom made insoles and I couldn’t be happier with the change I’ve noticed in the pain reduction. I have been debilitated by this for sometime and was planning a trek which would otherwise have been impossible. I think anybody with even a hint of a foot, leg, hip or lower back problem should visit as correcting the feet can help with correcting other related problems such as posture (it certainly has mine).

Honestly the best decision I’ve ever made. Well worth the money for the insoles. You have nothing to loose from the free consultation, you might even leave wiser to your problem.

I can’t praise foot solutions enough for the massive difference it has made for me and my feet. The custom made insoles are worth every penny and are an investment into the long term health of my feet. The insoles last a long time too and are resurfaced for free.

Ive had two pairs of orthotics in the last 5 years. The first pair changed mu life for the better. The second pair cause me more pain than before! I will go back and check them obv.
However, the real problem for me is finding any shoes they will fit into.The orthotics are bulky.
Each pair of shoes I was advised to buy-(and did)- turned out to be unsuitable, too big, or too small. I persevered with them for a while believing the consultants advice , so could not return them when I finally gave up.So while the insoles themselves might be ok, the sales options after are sadly not.

Came to this shop on last Saturday and bought a pair of shoes, walked out with them for that day and foot got scratched. Came back for an exchange or return but being told by an assistant called “Royal” (if I spelled it correctly) by common sense on return policy that I need to call the shop again on Saturday to contact the exact person to explain the issue, and then coming next Monday to discuss with their shop manager who’s on vocation currently.

Everyone’s time is precious, and this is a shop which supposed to offer products for comfortable walking. Instead, their products caused my feet to bleed and extra working time several times to resolve the unhappy purchasing experience.

Visited to try some MBT shoes as they advertise to stock these . But they had none and instead tried to push me to buy some other shoes which didn’t even have rocker or balanced sole . Absolutely a waste of my morning

My mother has been been a customer of Foot Solutions for a few years now. She has advanced arthritis in her feet, and has always been extremely impressed with the quality of service and products that they offer. Maria, who works there, has always been incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind. She goes above and beyond to make sure that the inserts fit perfectly - even allowing us to come back several times for adjustments at no extra charge.

The arch support might seem expensive at first glance, but the level of service and expertise that we have received from Maria and the rest of the team at Foot Solutions make it well worth the investment. I highly recommend Foot Solutions to anyone in need of high-quality, custom arch support.

Was no sooner in the door when was confronted with ‘do you have an appointment?’ Was taken back as had browsed before and bought shoes. I enquired whether I needed one and was told I did. I then left and purchased boots elsewhere. Very odd way to encourage customers to your shop even if you do need to book an appointment when requesting a fitting. May wish to reconsider how you look to welcome people.

Helped my with my child 's custom made insoles and biomechanic assessment. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Price is cheaper than what I had found until then and I find the orthosis to be better quality as well. Also, they provide adjustment to these for free if necessary. They do not do cast moulds, but use an efficient computerised technique following the assessment which gave me more peace of mind, to be honest.

Very nice people. However, paid for very expensive orthotic insoles which were a complete waste of money; they didn't last very long and made the problem worse. My impression was that the insoles were of poor quality. My advice is to go elsewhere and seek the advice of a trained podiatrist who can assess your gait, and requirements professionally.
