Shoe Zone

My boyfriend and i spent an hour looking for wellies as we were on our vacation and needed proper shoes to suit our outdoor activities. One of the employees at the shopping market across the road suggested we try shoezone. The store doors were open and we asked the women working in store if she had wellies to which she responded yes and guided us to where they were. It was close to 5pm. We were literally there for 5 minutes and right at 5 pm as we were trying on the boots trying to find the right size since she did not offer any sort of help had asked us to leave as shes closing. My boyfriend kindly requested a minute more and she rudely said no we need to leave as she is closing store and she does not get payed past 5pm. I asked for her name and supervisors name to which she would not give me as this is not how stores are managed in Toronto, Canada where i come from. I could not believe how rude she was. Very poor customer service and manners. I was very dissapointed in the manner we were treated as this is the service industry. You do not treat customers in this fashion. All we wanted was to purchase shoes. We will never return to this chain of shoe stores again. she had short reddish/brown hair mid forties to fifties.

Not a huge shop but has a great range of boots, shoes etc for the whole family. Shop positioned in the centre of town.

Quality at extremely low prices. Friendly helpful staff.

Very small shop, not much to chose from. The staff couldn't be bothered. I don't think I'd be comming back anytime soon

I just wanted to say what fantastic customer service I received today from Sandra in Swansea store.I didn't have my receipt but you could generally see what good condition my shoes were in,but the inside had split away and was causing me to walk awkwardly.I explained I had only had them 10 weeks and with no hesitation she replaced them for me.Great service that you don't always get in most places.Thank you.

Ok if your looking for basic pair of shoes not a lot of choice for dressy shoes.
